OSHA 10-Hour General Industry Outreach Program: |

This 10-hour program is intended to provide instruction on a variety of general industry safety and health standards to entry-level participants. Course topics covered include: Introduction to OSHA, Inspections, citations and penalties, walking and working surfaces, means of Egress and fire protection, hazardous materials, personal protective equipment, machine guarding, hazard communication, blood borne pathogens, and safety and health programs. |

General Electrical Safety Awareness Training for Unqualified Personnel: |

This 4-hour course, based on the NFPA 70E, will provide instruction to unqualified personnel on the hazards associated with electricity. Course topics covered include: describing the difference between qualified and unqualified personnel, covering the basic fundamentals of electricity as they pertain to daily individual safety, becoming aware of electrical safety hazards, describing types of injuries associated with an arc flash, understanding types of Personal Protective Equipment, and describing Arc Flash Label requirements. |

Arc Flash Hazard Awareness Training for Qualified Personnel: |

This 8 hour course, based on the NFPA 70E, can provide a Standard for Electrical Safety in the workplace. Topics covered include: recognizing and avoiding electrical hazards, describing the hazards of an arc flash, reading and interpreting arc flash labels, describing the requirements for qualified personnel, identifying the types of Personal Protective Equipment, and the required Personal Protective Equipment based on the hazard risk category. |
